That’s what we said when we developed our UX iLab (SM). With constant requests for testing iPhone and iPad applications and simulators, we decided to take our years of experience with mobile device testing and create a comprehensive lab setup that would provide clients with unsurpassed capability, capture every interaction, reflect the on-the-go nature of the devices and can be set up anywhere – world wide.
The UX iLab (SM) includes a screen capture of the iPhone or iPad screen. This is a huge advantage as the participant can hold the device at any angle and observers are still able to see the screen perfectly. Observers are able to see the user interaction with the device (where they are pressing), a clear view of the screen that is not occluded by the participant’s hand or glare, and a participant face shot.
We capture every task and interaction with your device or application, providing:
No one can match the experience in mobile space we bring to each project. We were one of the first companies to work on next generation gesture-based touch systems and developed requirements for gesture vocabularies. We have also conducted the first independently-funded research on the Apple iPhone in 2007. Results from the three-phased research program have been published and presented at US and international conferences.
