We manage ten labs, seven observation rooms, and can stream live around the world. Through the UXalliance, a global network of user experience firms, we also have access to test labs in over 25 countries.

Methods we use to improve experiences:

  • Eye tracking - Capture users’ gaze activity and gain insight into their thought processes as they interact with your product or application.
  • User research - Break down the barriers of a one-on-one testing environment by going on-site and shadowing users as they perform tasks or research with their peers in focus groups.
  • User-centered design - Increase the success of your product, service, or application through expert user-centered design.  We have extensive experience designing for desktop, web, and mobile applications.  User needs and workflow analysis, wireframing, icon design, prototyping, and interaction design are our key design strengths.
  • Remote testing - Assess users‘ responses and feedback from their own computers.
  • Global testing - Rely on one point of contact as user testing is conducted seamlessly around the world with the strategically placed global partners of our international alliance.
