While the goal remains constant, the path you take to get there may be fluid as it is influenced by budget, time, or resources. This is where User Centric excels. Our flexibility and scalability are unmatched. We have set up labs in hotel rooms, airplane mock-ups, conference centers, and restaurants, to name a few unique environments. Whether it is a single usability test or six simultaneous sessions, our facilities can accommodate any number of participants that should be tested. We can also meet the needs of a global test like no other consulting firm as our labs are portable and, with our global partners in the UXa (User Experience Alliance), our team spans 16 countries.

There are numerous methods and tools for aiding products through the product lifecycle. At User Centric, we first engage our clients not by telling them about the services we provide; rather, we listen and learn about the kinds of questions our clients have about their product as it relates to user experience. From there, we work with clients to develop a plan of action, utilizing the methods and tools best suited to answer these questions.
Our services include:
- Usability testing - Identifies usability issues with interfaces through analysis of user behavior. Users are observed performing tasks on your applications in a controlled setting.
- Usability evaluations - When the time or budget does not allow for formal usability testing, an expert evaluation might be the answer.
- Eye tracking - Captures gaze activity while looking at a stimulus. Offers insight into the cognitive processes involved in user interaction.
- User research - Break down the barriers of a one-on-one testing environment by going on-site and shadowing users as they perform tasks or research with their peers in focus groups.
- User-centered design - Expert design while being mindful of the user experience is key to the success of your product, service or application. Wireframing, icon design, or user interface design are some examples of design consulting.
- Remote testing - Assess users' responses and feedback from their own computers.
- Global testing - Strategically placed global partners of our international alliance enable one point of contact for our clients to conduct testing seemlessly around the world.
