On April 19, 2013, members of GfK’s User Experience (UX) team will be speaking at the seventh bi-annual UX Masterclass conference held in Madrid, Spain. The international user experience conference will comprise of English and Spanish-speaking presentations about UX strategy, research, and design from the world’s leading UX and market research companies.
GfK’s User Experience Executive Vice Presidents Gavin Lew and Robert Schumacher, and Senior Vice President Shailesh Manga will all share their industry expertise during the event.
Lew will discuss advanced UX techniques to apply in customer-aware corporate strategies, Schumacher will describe ways to measure and improve user performance in call centers, and Manga will explore the concept of service design and ways to effectively measure and map the customer experience. Senior User Experience Consultant Carola Weller will also share insight about implementing RITE (Rapid Iterative Testing and Evaluation) methodology for identifying issues with products or services early in the design process.
The UXalliance event is hosted by Xperience Consulting, a Spanish-based user experience research and design firm, and UserZoom, an organization specializing in online user experience research tools.
