Global User Experience Network brings UX Conference to South Africa

The fifth UX Masterclass hosted by Mantaray
November 8, 2011

UXalliance partner, Mantaray, a leading user experience and research agency in South Africa, is the host of the fifth bi-annual UX Masterclass on March 30, 2012 at the Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

This one-day event will allow attendees from around the country the opportunity to discuss and debate opportunities and challenges with User Experience (UX) Directors from around the world. Attendees will gain insight from UX company leaders, including over 30 speakers from 24 countries.

The presence of the UXalliance, a network of user experience companies from 23 countries, guarantees exposure to a wide range of global experts able to share industry best practice, recent developments and case studies from across the globe.

The UX Masterclass will tackle challenges confronting businesses in creating successful digital products that consumers use, want and need, investigating the role of user experience in a product’s lifecycle, and how to utilize UX services and measure return on investment. The conference will offer an opportunity to share and debate practices and trends within interactive workshops, round-tables and presentations.

Perhaps most valuable and what makes the UX Masterclass unlike other conferences is that each attendee will be exposed to techniques to implement creative UX designs on multiple platforms and new specialized research methods that are tried and tested. The conference is suited for marketing professionals and executives, product managers & developers and UX professionals and enthusiasts.

“To have company executives from all over the globe sharing their techniques and expertise with us in South Africa is an unique opportunity. I have been to two of these events and every time I have walked away with new ideas and tips that can’t be found anywhere else,” Helga Letowt-Vorbek, Owner of Mantaray.

Early Bird registrations will be available beginning in November.  The conference is limited to 200 attendees. Email anja@mantaray-it.com to receive a special 20% off coupon code.
