Korey Johnson Discusses Usability with Do it Best Corp.

User Centric was excited to be a part of Do it Best Corporation’s Techapalooza 2010.  This week-long event kicked off Do it Best Corp’s fiscal year while providing an educational opportunity for staff and select technology professionals.  Experts were invited to speak on topics ranging from Sharepoint to improving support.  Korey Johnson, Senior User Experience Specialist, introduced the topic of usability and user experience in a well-received presentation on Wednesday, June 23. 

“It’s great to see a company that cares about the customer experience and wants to educate its employees on how to improve on that experience,” said Korey.  “It’s easy for us to evangelize what we do, but to have a company recognize the value of usability and invite us to come in and present on it is a rewarding experience.”
