Borders to Host Book Signing for Robert Schumacher

Managing Director of User Centric, Robert Schumacher, will be at the Borders in Oak Brook, IL on Tuesday, November 24, from 6-7pm signing the recently published Handbook of Global User Research. With insight from user experience professionals from more than twenty countries, the book is the first to focus on global user research.

Dr. Schumacher speaks frequently on user experience and user research at national and international conferences, holds several patents, and has written dozens of professional and academic papers.
