User Centric’s Eye Tracking Expertise Featured in Medill Report

The eye tracking capabilities of User Centric, Inc., a user research firm based in Chicago, were featured in the latest Medill Report. The report mentions practical applications of eye tracking research, such as how User Centric’s studies were presented as evidence to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to successfully change pharmaceutical packaging. User Centric’s effort to educate the field is also described, including our publications, conference presentations, and involvement in eye tracking training inside user experience research programs within corporations.
