In an article published today, Gavin Lew, Managing Director of User Centric, was interviewed by Ryan Kim of the San Francisco Chronicle about the iPhone. Kim's article discussed the problem experienced by women unable to use their fingernails to type on the iPhone's capacitive touch screen.

Mr. Lew is frequently interviewed about the user experience of the iPhone as User Centric was the first usability consulting firm to publish results on the user experience with the iPhone. User Centric's iPhone research includes baseline issues with the iPhone interface, texting on the iPhone, and comparison research of iPhone and hard-key QWERTY phone owners.  Gavin has been invited to present this research at several conferences.
