Bob Schumacher, Managing Director of User Centric, spoke at the Online Marketing Seminar presented by the Chicago Technology Executives Club on October 20th.

Bob co-presented a talk called "Going Beyond Your Gut Feeling: A Practical Guide to Stronger e-Marketing" with Avery Cohen, Principal at Metrist Partners. Bob explored the evolution of the user experience, including a discussion of the best practices that leading companies are implementing, the usability tools that they utilize to achieve results, and tips on how to diagnose where you are with your user experience.
