Robert Schumacher & Erik Pedersen present at STC 2005 Conference

Robert Schumacher, Managing Director, and Erik Pedersen, User Experience Specialist, spoke at the Society for Technical Communication's 52nd Annual Conference in Seattle.

Bob and Erik presented a workshop titled "Portable Usability Labs: A to Z." The workshop explored the spectrum of advances in technology that have impacted usability testing capabilities. Participants were provided with a tutorial regarding the evolution of portable usability labs along with a demonstration of key technologies. Attendees walked away with practical knowledge they can use to jump-start their own portable solutions.
