Gavin Lew, Managing Director for User Centric, participated in a panel discussion at the about, with and for conference.

The conference, which was held in Chicago on October 22-23, 2004, focused on the advancement of design research and was sponsored by The Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Lew participated in a panel discussion entitled "Understanding Data, Using Data" and was joined by Parrish Hanna of Arc Worldwide and Nina Serpiello of IDEO. The panel session corresponded directly with the conference theme - "Involving, Engaging, and Educating Others."
