Catherine D. Gaddy joins User Centric as Director of User Experience

User Centric is pleased to announce that Catherine D. Gaddy has joined User Centric as Director of User Experience. Cathy comes to User Centric with more than 20 years of experience in user interface design, user testing, teaching, and research. "Cathy adds key strengths to our team", says Gavin Lew, Managing Director, "she has tremendous experience in e-commerce, education, finance, health/medical, and government. Her industry knowledge combined with her user experience skill will help User Centric continue its success."

Cathy was elected a Fellow of the Division of Applied Experimental and Engineering Psychology of the American Psychological Association, and is a Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) from the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (www.bcpe.org). Most recently Cathy was a Managing Director with Human Factors International.

Cathy will immediately support User Centric in its growth to new customers and new areas, such as courses on user interface design.
