Challenge

User Centric was tasked with evaluating various aspects of functionalities on the client's mobile phone application, including screen flow, navigation, layout, user awareness of key features and design user interface issues.

User Centric Approach

User Centric consultants conducted expert evaluations of the application on three devices. Our team performed tasks on each device to evaluate the issues of concern. After reviewing specifications documents, a prototype was designed to illustrate the optimal page flow. 

Result

The result of the study was a platform-independent clickable flow document that the client could use to design future mobile applications. A specifications document detailed the ways in which the flow would change based on the device for which it was designed. These tools refined the client's design iteration process and integrated previously disparate designs into one standardized design and flow. The User Centric team also provided a template for standardized flow and design to use for future mobile application designs.
