Our 3,000 square foot studio on Chicago's famous Magnificent Mile was custom-built for usability research and testing and enables on-site observation as well as live video streaming across the globe. It is the largest dedicated usability testing studio among North American consulting firms.
Facility includes:
- 6 fully equipped user research rooms
- 2 large observation rooms with one-way mirror (observation room capacity for up to 12 clients)
- A third observation room with one-way mirror for direct viewing into a user research room
- Formal reception area
- Catering services provided
