User Centric's facilities were built and designed for user testing. Participants interact with products and websites in our comfortable test rooms and clients can watch sessions from large observation rooms with one-way mirrors and LCD monitors. Our downtown Chicago facility is the largest dedicated usability testing studio among North American consulting firms.

Our three state-of-the-art permanent usability facilities offer the latest in high-quality eye tracking and testing equipment that requires minimal set-up time, is non-intrusive for participants, and features digital recording capability.

- Digital projection to observation room
- Full digital recording of all test sessions (Picture-in-picture of test stimulus and the participant/scene)
- Specialized cameras for testing of handheld devices, paper documents, and physical products
- Real-time translation of test sessions and streaming of translated audio to the observation room
